When Andrea and Anthony first contacted me and told me the history of Anthony's grandfather leaving behind the small village of Livo, in the Trentino mountains, to move to America and how much it meant to the both of them to be able to get married in that village, I was moved by how they wanted to connect the past with their future.
With their family and friends making the long journey from Nashville, Tennessee, to celebrate with them, the locals opened their arms to welcome them home. Many including the Mayor tracing a family connection to the groom.
Surrounded by mountains and apple orchards Andrea and Anthony wedding ceremony was incredibly moving and made even more personal with Andrea's sister conducting the religious blessing after the civil ceremony.
