As 2011 comes to an end it has been a bumper year for weddings. We gasped with joy when we finally saw the much awaited Kate Middleton step out in her Sarah Burton wedding dress at Westminster Abbey to marry her prince. It was undoubtedly  THE wedding of the year.

Jenny Packham has presented her new collection at New Yorks fashion week and once again she has not disappointed! Her gowns are perfect for the destination bride looking for something a little different! 

Finally I am getting around to writing about the Royal wedding! If you read yesterdays post you will know I watched the Royal wedding ceremony sitting in a bar in Tuscany surrounded by Italian men who all claimed they had left home to get away from the Royal wedding, only to find it on in their local at my instance!
