A wedding  ~ it’s two people committing before each other,  before family and friends a life to each other... 

Yesterday I was talking to a new mother, the question of that big moment of "meeting your baby for the first time being the happiest day of your life" came up. If that momentous  moment had superseded the most important day of her life to date... With a knowing smile she told me it hadn't. While the birth of her firstborn is the second most amazing moment, she said the first is when she married her husband. 


Sometimes in the run up to a wedding, thinking about place cards and finding the perfect colour of ribbon to match the bridesmaids dresses, you can get swamped. Make time to take a step back and think about what your wedding day is all about and while perfection and the fulfilment of your every desire is still paramount to you, never lose sight that you are getting married to the person who loves you and whom you love back...
